On the ground floor, with an area of just under 70 m2, you will find, among other things, a bathroom and an open kitchen combined with a dining room and a spacious, bright living room, from which you can go directly out onto a large L-shaped terrace.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms/bedrooms and a bathroom. From the corridor on the first floor, you can access the large terrace located directly above the living room.
